This question cannot really be answered with so little information. To select the best algorithm, an expert would need to understand the problem, select the best encoding, see the constraints modelling, and understand the objective function. If you don't understand what I'm saying, your best option is to go discuss with an expert, having a description of your understanding of the problem at hand. Many conferences also organize tutorial and summer school sessions for newcomers to learn how to ask this question in a way that it can be answered.

If you don't want to do any of that, your best option is probably to try the CMA-ES algorithm, from the DEO module (the one shown on the homepage). But be warned that you are going to face difficulties that will require you to understand what you're doing. There's no magic wand.
