So direct plugins are not routed through scope checking, this was originally a design decision to a degree. The idea being a direct plugin, is just a standard API, no LLM is in the loop. So scopes are not as relevant?
I am happy to reconsider this, but don't see it as a priority at all, but I would like to have it noted for consideration later.
