iOS. Enable filter for network without derived key will result to disappear filter button.

When user use filter on main screen of keyset and choose a network without account - filter button will disappear, it may be returned only by switch keyset.

Example:

Case:

1. Create keyset
   a. do not create derived kyes for any of added network, in example it is Acala
2. Select created keyset
3. Apply filter of derived keys for Acala

Expected result:
User can use filter in any case, can clear it and apply for any network

Actual result:
If user apply filter for network without derived keys he won't be able change that filter, because the button vill disappear
