  • Summary

Ross XPression is a character generator that can be used to display various graphics during broadcast, based on templates. It can be externally controlled by automation systems using a TCP/IP based, line-feed protocol called RossTalk. In order to be useful in a Sofie environment the device module should support CUEing and TAKEing take items. Ideally, it should also allow GPI triggering and RESUMEing layers in buffers.
