With the Release of the[ RIM Tool repo](https://github.com/nsacyber/RIM-Too) the [tcg_rim_tool](https://github.com/nsacyber/HIRS/tree/main/tools/tcg_rim_tool) found in this repo is obsolete ad should be removed. Ci test associated with this tool will be removed as well.
