CI is failing on main

Trunk-only legs (the macOS integration suite) do not run on pull requests, so a
regression can land green and only surface here. This issue tracks the red and
closes automatically when CI passes on main again.

Root cause found and fixed in #652.

main is red because 3539b65db ("site: hide the nub.jsonc config reference until it ships") deleted site/public/schema/latest.json, which crates/nub-cli/src/project_config.rs:1930 include_str!s. The nub bin's test target stops compiling, which is why Check, Clippy, and all 7 Test legs failed on every platform while Format, Site build, Yarn PnP, and embed-runtime verify stayed green. #647, the commit named in this issue, is innocent — the deletion was confined to site/**, which resolves the rust paths-filter group false on a PR, so no Rust job ran until the push to main.

The same deletion also broke two release tools nobody has hit yet: make version V=<v> aborts before stamping any version surface, and make version-check fails with missing or unreadable schema snapshot for v0.6.json.

#652 restores latest.json and v0.6.json byte-for-byte from the parent of the deletion, leaving every user-visible removal in place, and adds the two site/public paths that are Rust compile inputs to the rust paths-filter group so the next such edit is caught on the PR. Verified locally: cargo check --all-targets --profile fast exit 0, the published_schema_exposes_every_parser_key test passes, and make version-check passes (with a negative control confirming it fails without the files).
