When searching in library, also include descriptions optionally

Some extensions (E-Hentai...) have tags in their descriptions and those don't appear as the regular tags, therefore the library's search engine doesn't show a manga after searching a tag it has, because the tag in cuestion is in the manga's description

Now I put "optionally" in this issue's title because it wouldn't necessarily be a good thing to everyone, after all, some manga do have actual descriptions in their descriptions and not tags

The extension's repo could be asked to convert the tags in descriptions to regular Tachi tags, but some extensions can be particularly special in that sense making it a hard job or even impossible to get, but anyway, I think it wouldn't be bad to have this in Yokai
