[foldable devices] Persist reader settings based on whether outer screen or inner foldable screen is being used

Describe your suggested feature

I am currently using Yokai on a Pixel 9 Pro Fold. What would be great to have from Yokai would be to have different reader settings applied based on whether the outer screen is in use or if the inner screen is unfolded.

For example, when reading with the phone folded closed, I'd like for long strip content to have 0 side padding and pages of individual manga to be separated one-by-one. Whereas if the phone is unfolded open, I'd like for long strip content to be able to use a different side padding amount, and also have manga content be displayed as two-page content side by side.

I have some experience in Android development and can potentially help out here if it's possible to point me in the right direction of where it'd make sense to start on this enhancement. Much appreciated!
