Problem with user permissions for nix.conf

The user permissions might left it unusable.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Erase the nix.conf file for the ~/.config/nix folder in home.
2. Login with nix-auth.
3. Get authenticated.

I suppose it is because the nix-configuration is managed by home-manager

I think i solved by adding this to my home-manager's configuration

  nix.extraOptions = ''
    !include ~/.config/nix/access-tokens.conf
  '';
}

When i run

nix-auth status

It outputs

No access tokens configured.
Config file: /home/pinage404/.config/nix/nix.conf

Run 'nix-auth login' to add a token.

But

cat ~/.config/nix/access-tokens.conf

Shows

access-tokens = github.com=gho_XXXXX

So not properly or totally fixed
