Relationship to NIPs:
While formal proposals and detailed specifications are managed through our Nuwa Improvement Proposals (NIPs) repository and process, GitHub Discussions serve as an excellent starting point for brainstorming, gathering initial feedback, and maturing ideas before they become formal NIPs.
