Describe the bug

When I try to visit a page, other than the root, I get redirected to the localized url but still get a error. As soon as I reload the page, it is displayed correctly.

Why do I need to provide a reproduction?

Unfortunately a live project is not enough to debug your issue, can you provide a minimal reproduction?

I noticed that this bug appears only with ssr: false set in nuxt.config.ts.
If I activate SSR, I get correctly redirected and don't get any 404.

I can confirm I have the same issue. This did not happen in earlier versions.
Although I cant figure out when it was introduced.

Seems to be related to Nuxt Version 3.12 +.
It does not happen before 3.12.0

Probably related to this: nuxt/nuxt#29054 and might be fixed soon
