Nuxt GSAP Module

I created @nuxt/gsap module with the idea of speeding up the installation of gsap and its plugins by trying to import them only when required in the configuration file.

There is still a lot of work to do but I think it’s already a good basis.
I want to create this issue to give back something to the community of nuxt and vue, which gave me a lot.
Maybe this issue is also usefull to find some new contibutor 😄
