Wolfram data loaders

Any chance of adding Wolfram data loader? With the free Wolfram Engine, Observable Desktop will make a powerful computational tool. In the absence of a tailored data loader, is a generic terminal option possible to load any program (like the .exe version in Frameworks)? I'm thinking of other examples like Julia.
