Can't download PDFs #10

Description

@joshuarbholden

When I try to download a PDF from Overleaf using version 3.0.0 of the desktop app, nothing happens. This is true either from the "leaf" menu in the upper left or the "Other logs & files" menu, or if I change the PDF Viewer to "Native" and try to download from that. I can download other types of files but not PDFs. I'm wondering if this is related to the Electron bugs I've seen about viewing PDFs. (Probably so, since it seems to be true from the Native viewer?)

I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise, in case that's relevant.

ETA: Just compared to Overleaf in a browser and realized that there is also supposed to be a "Download" button next to the "Logs and Output files" button. That button is invisible in the desktop version but when I click on it I get an error box saying

Download Error

The download of tmp.pdf was interrupted
