OTFcreds: Activity 3.2 Integrate the client library into the OONI Probe client

We will do all the work (including release engineering) required to integrate the libraries into OONI Probe. This means integrating the library into the various OONI Probe apps and making any changes to the API that are needed to make the integration possible.

Similarly to the previous point, this activity will mainly be carried out by the OONI team (research engineer, mobile engineer, frontend engineer, backend engineer), but will also require some input from the cryptographer to ensure the integration is done in a way that is effective and secure.
