export synthetic string as a C array

Treematch guys want to export the arities of a topology in a C array instead of a synthetic description string. Not clear whether they want the types too, but that's easy too.

Not sure we need a new function, they just need to check the symmetric subtree, than look at the numbers of objects at each level divided by number of parents.
