Update Pipeline Images from Version 3.29 to 3.41

Hello,

I've noticed that the pipeline images used in the toolchains icr.io/continuous-delivery/pipeline/pipeline-base-ubi are currently at version 3.29. The latest version of these is 3.41.

Could the maintainers consider updating the images to the current version?
