Comment lock buttons are gone

The "Lock comments" / "Unlock comments" button(s) are missing from packages where one has the power to change the attribute.

oh wow, I never noticed. The black side panels did not have anything useful for as long as they had existed, so they kinda vanished from reception over the years.

@jengelh If I understand correctly you have permissions to lock/unlock comments on devel:libraries:c_c++ project? Could you please double check that you have the Content Moderation beta feature enabled? Do you see method links in the project overview instead?

Comparing dlc/libHX and dlc/tbb, tbb is the one missing the moderation buttons. I suppose this is because the webui fails to take into account the implicit maintainer permissions inherited by from .
