no status emails sent

I reserved .devlab.prv.suse.com on Mon, 17 Jan 2022 22:45:09 +0100, triggered a rescan in the webui. The machine was up, all green.
Then I powered it down.
I expected a status email which says the machine went down.
Perhaps the state is recorded just the following morning.
Therefore I just powered it on again, just to see what will happen in the following days.

@olafhering You reported this initially on Bugzilla. I just checked the code and in notifications.py there is no code to achieve such a thing. I would classify this as a feature request as such. Would you be okay with this?

Well, It has been a while. Maybe orthos1 had such notifications, and I started to miss them with orthos2.
