Do you know if these locations roll up to https://www.eea.europa.eu/themes/air/air-quality-index? If so, we should presumably pick them up from there.

The data transmission from the Italian local environmental agencies (ARPA or APPA) to the national env.institute (ISPRA), and from this one to the European Env.
