missing files

Some tests require files that are not there anymore. Maybe @joseph-tharayil knows more.

I am looking for:

• /gpfs/bbp.cscs.ch/project/proj83/tharayil/generationCode/create_lfp_weights_for_neurodamus/tests/data/electrode.csv

This list will likely expand while I move to fix the tests. I will keep this updated

This is the same as the file tests/data/electrode.csv inside the repo
