Add not_in/nin support to the entitycore filter

Description

We are using https://fastapi-filter.netlify.app/#operators which should in principle support this kind of operation. This capability would be quite useful on the frontend to filter out Computationally Synthesized and Modified Reconstruction.

Describe alternatives considered

We considered doing a second pass filtering but this would be computationally expensive.

Acceptance criteria

• filter support not_in
• users can exclude certain protocol_types
