Discord links in readme are not invites

What did I do:
Clicked the discord channel link. https://discord.com/channels/1456350064065904867/1457003026412736537
What I expected:
To open discord to the server, asking me to join.
What happened:
I didn't get an invite to the server.

Oh, I found an invite link in openclaw/openclaw. https://discord.gg/clawd. This link should be added to the readme here.
