Feature Request: Spam Comment Flag

This is an extension of a discussion I was having with @berak on this question.

A new user posted spam content on my post as a comment. Even though I have the karma to remove it, this seems like a temporary solution.

I know that a user can flag answers but it would be good if this was extended to comments as well so that the moderators can assess the respective account.

@eshirima , in the meantime i'd suggest: just ping one of the mods, me, LBerger, sturkmen, StevenPuttemans, tetragram, etc.
