[GH Request] Ensure all CCs are marked as CCs in Salesforce

Not every CC in https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/COMM/pages/3156344833/Core+Contributors+to+the+Open+edX+Project is marked as a CC in SF

Don't go through the 2U CCs, just the other ones, particular attention to non-coding CCs.

Note to self: @feanil gave me a table lookup of CCs ,and it seems like some people who aren't in that table aren't marked as CCs, but others who appear to be marked properly are not showing up in that table. Working this out in DMs.

I can't do this without access to SF that allows me to merge contacts :(

@feanil was going to do this, I'll let him confirm if it was done. Also Feanil could you confirm that all the 2U CC's were properly marked as CCs in SF?

This still needs to happen. I merged a lot of them but there were a lot more to review still.
