[BUG] location ID is not updating when navigating to next unit

the chat assistant does not change the location_id when the the user navigates to the next unit.

Steps to reproduce:

• create a course with a chat assistant.
• open the assistant in one unit, ask about the topic
• close the assistant
• navigate to the next unit
• open the assistant and ask about. The topic remain the same as if the assitant thinks it is in the old unit.
• reload the page in this unit. Ask about, now the assistant recognices the new topic of the new unit
