M30 Menu Option #13
Comments
I have both the 2.4g M30 and the BT M30. I'd been using the BT version, and everything was just fine, but after syncing up the 2.4g version today, I noticed this exact same issue. Additionally, when using the 2.4g version with AGG23's SNES core, C is no longer recognized as R. That's a real bummer if I try to play Street Fighter. To be honest, I was stoked about the ability to use direct connections with 2.4g controllers, but I've had a lot of trouble out of them. |
Noticed this issue initially with an M30 Bluetooth version, switched to a 2.4g and it was still present. |
I've noticed you can fix the button mapping in the Core Settings. Go to Core Settings->Controls->Remap All, and you can remap the buttons for the M30 controller. It just needs to be implemented for the 2nd player as well. |
After OS 1.1 Beta 5 the M30 option in the menu is no longer correct for the M30 2.4G. A and B are now swapped, C is still correct. I did not check X Y or Z. Prior to this firmware update the controller and menu option functioned correctly.
This menu option is still valuable as the Button remapping feature doesn't quite work right, at least with the m30 2.4 I was using.
