cannot hide fill-outline-color

Hi all,

I tried NOT TO specific the fill-outline-color for polygons. However, it will always has the boundary show around after rendering.
Please help.

Polygon fill seems have default border color if i didn’t specific fill-outline-color. Basically I want to remove the default border color by ‘do no specific fill-outline-color’
