In Internet Explorer 11, the OL example (and the map in my application) of DragFeature does not work as one would expect, when running it on a touchscreen laptop (like Lenovo IdeaPad Z500 Touch) and using mouse (or touchpad):

http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/drag-feature.html

The feature can be dragged but then dragging is not "released". It looks like the map stays in the drag mode forever and does not release the feature. When one wants to drag the map (pan), instead the feature is dragged. Instead of dragging another feature, the first one will be dragged (the one that was dragged as the first). Zooming in/out does not help. What helps is to click somewhere on the page but outside of the map control. Then the feature gets "released" and the map can be panned or another feature dragged (and that it gets stuck as well).

When using the screen (not the mouse) and dragging the feature by touching the screen, it works fine. (just discovered it, phew).

In IE11, with emulation switched to IE10, it still does not work (but works with touch). When it is IE9, dragging works with the mouse, but does not when touch is used.

Edit: I added information that it happens on touchscreen laptops. Initially I did not realize it but after checking on another machine, it looks like only touch devices (which have a mouse as well) are affected.
