Since the update of iOS7, pinch zooming is no longer smooth and effortless. My application uses vector based layers in "all overlays" mode. The base layer is Google V3, in which visibility is set to false by default. The primary layer is a KML vector layer (a chart). The top layer is a Layer.Vector layer with approximately 500 Feature.Vectors. Prior to the iOS7 update, panning and pinching was effortless, now it is very jerky (with Google V3 hidden). This is in OpenLayers 2.13, not sure if the problem has already been fixed in 3.
If you need help please tell me the necessary functions to analyze in GIT and I can hopefully help look for the problem.
Thanks
