[Plato: Define alternatives] Keep status quo as special alternative #165

Currently, the alternative "Keep status quo" is a normal alternative with no special properties except that the title and description is prefilled on creation.

Marking this alternative would have the following advantage:

  • No "settings" shown in Develop Experiments
  • Experiments would not have to be run for this alternative (or could copy the originals)
  • Evaluate experiments could skip QA (or use the copied originals)
