0.1.24 tag missing features from lua-nginx-module 0.10.22

0.1.24 is supposed to match lua-nginx-module 0.10.22, which introduced
several features like tcpsock:setclientcert. However, 0.1.24 doesn't contain
those new changes on master, but only a fix:
v0.1.23...v0.1.24
