Performance more than 6X slower than native CLI

First, I'm super grateful for your work. Thank you!

But... and I know this is likely not something you can control, I'm seeing a difference of 6.2 times between the openscad CLI (8.6 seconds) and the openscad WASM (53.4 seconds.)

I'm not sure if my anecdotal test is representative, but that's a significant enough gap to preclude some use cases. Sadly, I'll probably need to look into a backend-supported render instead.

Rule of thumb is WASM may be 2-3X slower, so I wonder why openscad is so unamenable to use in the browser. 🤔

EDIT: MAKE SURE TO USE A WEB WORKER

Actually, my performance was good! I made a mistake. I at first did not use. a web worker just to see how things would go. I just used a promise. Turns out there was a conflict between monaco, react and wasm that caused the issue. As soon as I changed to using a web worker the render was near instant.

I decided not to delete this comment though as I think this knowledge may be helpful for others.

Hi. I got the same issue. Though I didn't actually do comparative testing, I got a render that took 4 seconds that I am very confident would be near instant using the OpenSCAD desktop app. I am considering switching to a different technology altogether.
