Add support for Skylights

These could be implemented similar to daylighting control components. This would require updating the schema and OS SDK translators.

Nice feature, @macumber ! An option to consider: OSut's addSkylights (Line 6234), which adds skylight wells through attics or plenums (if needed), e.g. US DOE Prototype FullServiceRestaurant.

This requires attic roof surface vertex re-winding (and leader lines) to accommodate the 8x (new) base surfaces (for 8x skylight subsurfaces). Both OpenStudio and EnergyPlus correctly calculate both gross and net surface areas after adding skylight wells, yet EnergyPlus seems to have a hard time with volume calculations in some cases. Hard-setting volumes after adding skylight wells largely helps - but it's not perfect. We have no other workarounds for now, at least not until we can propose upgrades to EnergyPlus volume calculations.
