A graphhopper integration would be nice to directly use the traffic information for the routing:

Or maybe even using parts of GraphHopper to store the information more efficient as GraphHopper scales already to world wide usage. There is also a map-matching component making the association between GraphHopper streets and GPX data easier and automated
