Not Compatable with CH32V002/4/5/6/7 MCU's

This version of openocd has worked for me in the past with CH32V003 MCU's and also the CH32V203, but this version does not seem to work with the newer CH32V002/4/5/6/7 MCUs. This repo contains a build from 2023 while MRS2 (MounRiver Studio 2) has a 2025 build
