Introduce `<natural-grid>` custom element

This module provides an extensible, plugin-driven data grid that renders a table inside an open ShadowRoot and supports multiple configuration sources, multiple data delivery strategies, and a deterministic styling pipeline. The intent is to make the runtime easy to extend by human authors and AI maintainers alike: new data sources, UI behaviors, or themes can be introduced as plugins* without forking the core.
