Section for FAQs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add a section for FAQs because many times people ask the same question again, we can avoid that by having this feature and if they still have any questions they can email us directly
Describe the solution you'd like
Having a separate section that displays all the FAQs from all the previous most asked questions and we can also provide them with the necessary details about the hackathons that might be helpful for them like how to reach out to mentors etc
