Ban Appeal - Clarification regarding closed previous account (@gerxo)

I am writing to appeal an automatic ban on your Discord server for my account, @gerxook.
I was banned by the Double Counter bot for suspected alternative/fake account usage. I want to sincerely clarify what happened:

I previously owned another Discord account under the username @gerxo, which I have since closed and deleted. Before closing it, I made sure to leave the OptiScaler server. Now I only use this new account (@gerxook) as my primary and only profile.
Since I am using the same internet connection and IP address as my old profile, the security bot flagged my new account as a suspicious duplicate. This was not my intention at all, and I am not trying to bypass any community rules or prior bans. Could an administrator please review my case and manually lift the ban for @gerxook? I would love to rejoin the community and follow the project's updates. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
