• Similar to Flatpak/Flathub build #544 , both want to create an independent startup environment.

• Create a Snapcraft package of VisualVM at https://snapcraft.io/store . This will come in handy for users of Linux distributions like Ubuntu that come with Snapcraft installed by default.
