I want to etch runes and specify the address for the premined runes. Should I specify the address in the file or in the command line?
I saw that third-party websites offer this feature for etching. If ord does not currently have this feature, could you tell me which file I should modify in the source code?

Hi infooer - this may be a dupe of #3752, which I just requested a couple of days ago. This is a common ask because currently, the etching process in ord doesn't allow for the premined runes to be sent anywhere accept for the etching wallet - and the address that they are sent to is a new receiving address for that etching wallet.
#3752 asks for a way to at least set the receiving address in the etching wallet that the runes go to. However, I'm not sure that sending to a separate wallet is even possible because the premined runes might need to be sent in a new tx, like all other rune transfers. I'm not sure if an edict can somehow be incorporated into the etching tx itself. I'll defer to the devs who should be able to provide further clarification.
