One of the PRs (CS342/2025-CoughSync#54 taking a really long time to run tests and has been stuck for a long time, we are seeing the issue:

In particular, what does "Waiting for a runner to pick up this job means", is there a way to resolve this?

I think it's because the testing is set up on one of their servers, and everybody is trying to test right now, so it's taking forever to run through testing. So not much to do except wait :(
