How can I upgrade using greedy while leaving LibreWolf as --no-quarantine?

Description of issue

I installed LibreWolf using brew install librewolf --no-quarantine. Then I disabled all auto update feature from individual app so that I can use brew upgrade --greedy. Unfortunately, running brew upgrade --greedy is also upgrading LibreWolf without --no-quarantine which is making an issue while launching the app. How can I mark LibreWolf so that it will be upgraded with --no-quarantine even if I use --greedy. Thanks for the link. The summary is, homebrew will remove --no-quarantine option in future and there is no option to remember --no-quarantine during brew upgrade or brew upgrade --greedy. Am I right?

That is right. We just leave it as is yet and so there is no chance to add it for upgrade IMO.
