How to remove depricated cask from homebrew-cask-versions?

Description of issue

'temurin8' is included in my installed cask list, and I can't remove it. This cask was migrated to 'temurin@8' as part of the migration from homebrew-cask-versions. I originally had both in my list of casks, but was able to uninstall the newer version after untapping the depricated 'homebrew-cask-versions' Here is what I tried:

• brew uninstall --cask temurin8
• brew remove --cask temurin8
• brew uninstall --cask temurin@8 # this failed while homebrew-cask-versions was tapped, but worked after un-tapping
• brew uninstall --cask temurin8 --force

Relevant casks

temurin8, temurin@8

Do you see it if you run ls $(brew --caskroom)? If so you can just remove that folder.
