🎉 v0.7-rc3 — first end-to-end clean-clone build is live

v0.7-rc3 is the first state of the public repos that builds and boots end-to-end with no manual fix-up.

Cuttlefish boots with 6 capabilities RUNNABLE (text complete/translate/embed, audio transcribe, vision embed/detect), 5 permissive models bundled, and OirDemo pre-installed with perms auto-granted. cmd oir detect /product/etc/oir/bus.jpg returns COCO bounding boxes out of the box.
