What tool do you want to replace most?

As the title says, what tool do you want to replace most?
I think our organization is mainly focused on RMM at the moment, but PSA and RPA are equally valid.
Let me know what you think!

Most RMMs on the market right now
have outdated user interfaces
are heavy and slow
and their prices are really unfair!
To be honest PSA is also a good option, but I see more opportunity for innovation in RMMs

I agree with this until you start screwing with the backend of any prolific PSA- terrible DB schemas that lead to wacky API implementations.

Either way, a PSA would be a HUGE undertaking for me alone. We'll probably start PSA work once we get a few committers
