In the last Qiskit Ecosystem update, we detected that the last commit in https://github.com/qiskit-community/prototype-quantum-kernel-training was 27 months ago, so we are changing the project status to under revision.

No, this project is not active. This project was implemented in qiskit-machine-learning in 2021. I have archived the repository
