"Quantum MasterChef" membership is under revision

In the last Qiskit Ecosystem update, we detected that the last commit in https://github.com/shravanpatel30/Quantum-MasterChef was 26 months ago, so we are changing the project status to under revision.

I made this project to learn help others learn about quantum mechanics/ circuits and qiskit, but I currently have no plans on making any new updates to this project.
