Describe the enhancement

I want to monitor my daily heating oil consumption to understand seasonal burn rates (winter vs. summer), predict when I need to reorder, and optimize ordering timing and quantity.

Use cases

Track daily oil consumption in liters, visualize consumption trends over time (daily, weekly, monthly), compare winter vs. summer burn rates, estimate days until tank is empty based on rolling average consumption, and generate a reorder alert when remaining oil drops below a configurable threshold.
