Dormant http4s maintainers will be moved on or after 2026-09-22

[rossabaker]

@http4s/maintainers: I will be moving all maintainers who have been dormant for at least a year to the Emeritus team on or after 2026-09-22 and removing their write access. This will let you retain org membership for your profile while helping keep our credentials secure.

---

You are affected if you've been added to @http4s/dormant.

• If you do nothing, you will be added to the Emeritus team and removed from all other teams.
• If you want to stay, we'd love to keep you. Contact me or reply here.
• If you want to leave the org and never look back, that's self service.

In all three cases, thank you for your service.

These changes are complete. If anyone wants to unretire, you know where to find us.
